Sender is liable under administrative and criminal law for parcel content, in case of violation, information about violator will be sent to the relevant authorities. DCNetwork is not responsible for inappropriate packed or unpacked parcels.

Any bag, box or case up to 20 kg with a length of 50 cm, a width of 50 cm and a height of 40 cm - 45£ or 50€.
In case of big volume, price is discussed on an individual arrangement.

• Any types of tobacco goods and smoking mixes;
• Firearms and cold arms, ammunition, knuckle-dusters, stilettos, sprays with paralyzing liquids etc.;
• Narcotic and psychotropic agents and their precursors, including in the form of medicaments, devices for their use;
• Explosive, highly inflammable substances, radioactive substances, poisons, acids, as well as other hazardous substances;
• As well as other articles and substances prohibited by the legislation of the EU countries.

The customer makes the declaration of his shipment himself or makes the declaration using the services of a Customs broker.

Do not put narcotic substances, alcohol, tobacco and products, gold and silver products, money in the container. Warn the carrier of fragile items in the shipment. Provide true information about the items in the shipment and attention.

The sender assumes full responsibility for the content of the shipment, also in case of investigation and criminal proceedings, administrative proceedings.

Deliver the shipment from the sender's address to the recipient's address in its original appearance and composition.

In case of damage or loss of the shipment, cover the resulting losses in the full or partial volume of the shipment, depending on the size of the damage, caused by the fault of the carrier.
